Here you’ll find everything you need to know about securing your spot — from how to make a booking, deposit requirements, and payment methods, to details on early-bird discounts. We make the process straight forward and transparent, so you can confirm your family’s place with confidence.

When is a trip confirmed?

A trip is confirmed once it meets the requirements to operate — such as the minimum number of participating families and booking availability. At that point, we’ll request your 50% down payment. If the trip does not meet the required number — which we promise is rare — your initial holding fee (typically $200 per family) will be fully refunded.
