Is a deposit required?
Yes — to confirm your spot, we require a small, non-refundable holding fee (typically $200 per family). This fee secures your place until 60 days before the trip. At that point, a 50% down payment is due. The down payment is refundable only within 10 days of payment and only if you are still more than 60 days from departure. This step allows us to confirm reservations and make payments to our trusted partners. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
