Itinerary

DAY 1 - Welcome to Geneva & Chamonix

Arrive in Geneva, Switzerland. We suggest booking a flight that arrives before 2:00 PM, so you have time to comfortably transfer to Chamonix (about 1.5 hours by private transfer, shared shuttle, or train) and settle in. Check-in at your residence in Argentière begins at 4:00 PM. Evening Welcome Dinner (around 7:30 PM): We’ll gather at a charming local restaurant for a warm welcome over French cuisine. This is your chance to: - Meet the other families on the trip - Receive your welcome pack with helpful details - Get an overview of the week’s schedule and activities - Start building connections with fellow global explorers

DAY 5 - Closing Out the Year in Chamonix

Morning–Afternoon: While kids enjoy another full day of ski camp, parents may join the slopes or choose a leisurely day in town. Optional lunch meet-up with other parents and optional add-on dog sledding activities can be arranged upon request (subject to availability). Evening: Close out the year in style: relax after a day in the mountains or join our optional New Year’s Eve Celebration Dinner. Enjoy festive French cuisine, local traditions, and holiday cheer as we count down to 2026 together.

DAY 2 - First Day on the Slopes

Morning–Afternoon Children begin their ski camp with Evolution 2 Chamonix at the Panda Club in Argentière. Nestled at the foot of the Plan Joran lift, the Panda Club offers a safe, forest-side environment with private slopes, beginner-friendly lifts, and a welcoming chalet for indoor breaks. Schedule: - 9:00 – 11:45 AM: Ski lessons in small groups with professional instructors - 12:00 – 1:45 PM: Supervised-lunch and activities at the Panda Club chalet - 2:00 – 4:45 PM: Afternoon ski session Parents can enjoy their own day on the slopes, relax in the village, or take an optional private ski lesson (half-day: 9:00 AM–12:45 PM or full-day: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM). Evening Enjoy a relaxed evening to rest or discover one of Chamonix’s many local dining options.

DAY 6 – Peaks, Glaciers & Alpine Magic

Morning–Afternoon: Children continue their ski camp at the Panda Club, enjoying another full day of fun and progress on the snow. Meanwhile, parents may choose to join an optional excursion: ascend by cable car to the Aiguille du Midi (3,842m) for sweeping views of Mont Blanc, then descend to explore the shimmering Ice Cave at Mer de Glace — a breathtaking world carved from blue ice. Evening: Free evening at your own pace: gather for a cozy family dinner, try a traditional Savoyard restaurant, or simply relax and enjoy the alpine night.

DAY 3 - On the Mountain Together

Morning–Afternoon: Kids continue ski camp. Parents can opt for a 3-day adult group ski lesson (9:00–11:30 AM) or ski independently. Lunch: Optional lunch meet-up with other parents. Evening: Join our Fondue Night Special — a cozy mountain tradition with melted cheese, local charcuterie, and plenty of laughter.

DAY 7 - Final Ski Day or Relaxation & Recovery

Morning–Afternoon: Children wrap up their ski camp, proudly showing off the skills they’ve learned during the week. Parents may join the slopes or treat themselves to an optional full spa day at QC Terme — including lunch. Alternatively, simply strolling through Chamonix’s charming streets. Evening: Casual evening with free time. Families may gather for informal farewell drinks or dinner together.

DAY 4 – Ski Adventures & Alpine Discovery

Morning–Afternoon Children continue with their ski camp. Parents have a day of freedom to make it your own: - Hit the slopes for your own ski or snowboard adventure - Join an optional guided activity (snowshoeing, etc.) - Wander through the boutiques and cafés in Chamonix town - Or simply relax at the chalet and enjoy the mountain views Evening Enjoy a leisurely evening — whether that means trying one of Chamonix’s cozy local restaurants or sharing a quiet night in with your family.

DAY 8 - Farewell to Chamonix & Optional Annecy Day Trip

Morning Most flights from Geneva depart in the morning. Please plan for an early checkout and transfer (allow ~1.5 hours to the airport plus 2 hours for check-in). Families with flights departing before noon will head directly from Chamonix to Geneva. Optional Annecy Stopover Families wishing to extend their adventure may choose to travel to Annecy for an overnight stay before flying home. Nicknamed the “Venice of the Alps,” Annecy charms with its cobblestone streets, canals, and lake views. Stroll through the old town, enjoy a relaxed dinner, and rest before transferring to Geneva the following morning for your return flight.
